Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Deltara website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Deltara is a software platform for journaling, analyzing, and organizing your own trading activity. The Service is a technology product: Deltara does not provide investment advice, brokerage, custody, or exchange services. See our Risk Disclaimer for details.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access other users' data.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
  • Do not resell or redistribute the Service without a written agreement (academies: see our academy program instead).

5. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into your journal. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and process that content in order to operate the Service for you. We do not sell your content or share it with other users.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an active billing period. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

7. No financial advice

All statistics, AI outputs, news, calendars, and other information in the Service are provided for informational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, especially during early access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deltara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses of any kind arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
